Latham Represents Eldridge Industries in €150 Million Investment in Isar Aerospace

Latham & Watkins has advised Eldridge Industries on an agreement with Isar Aerospace, a satellite launch service company, for a convertible bond of €150 million. All necessary regulatory approvals for implementing the agreement have been received. The investment will enable Isar Aerospace to expand its flexible and cost-efficient launch service offerings for its global clientele, while simultaneously strengthening sovereign European access to space.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Ed Barnett and Hector Sants, with associates Ryan Martin and Francesca Forzoni. Advice was also provided on German corporate matters by Frankfurt partner Stefan Rieger, with associates Alexander Pfeifer and Steffen Augschill; and on antitrust matters by Hamburg partner Jana Dammann, with associate Friederike Hammwöhner.
