Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH), one of the largest providers of high-technology interconnect, sensor, and antenna solutions, has closed offerings of US$750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.375% senior notes due 2028 and €600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.125% senior notes due 2032.
