Five Latham Partners Named to Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers 2025 List
Five members of Latham's Latin America Practice — partners Carlos Ardila, Roderick Branch, Antonio Del Pino, Guido Liniado, and Fernando Mantilla-Serrano — are ranked on Latinvex’s Top 100 Lawyers 2025 list.
The 13th annual ranking includes 100 attorneys from 56 law firms across 15 categories. The selection criteria for the list focuses on each lawyer's track record advising on significant recent transactions, the reputation and prominence of the firm within Latin America, and their standings in third party legal directories such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, and LSEG.
- Carlos Ardila focuses on representing clients in cross-border corporate and financing transactions in the US and Latin America, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive experience collaborating with a global client base on matters involving renewables, traditional power, and oil and gas.
- Roderick Branch, Deputy Office Managing Partner of Latham’s Chicago office, concentrates his practice on capital markets transactions, securities regulation and public company representation, with a particular interest in securities offerings by non-US issuers. He leverages his experience in both public and private securities financings, and has represented a diverse clientele, including companies, investment banks, and sovereign governments.
