Latham received the Pro Bono Partner of the Year award from Volunteer Legal Advocates (formerly known as DC Volunteer Lawyers Project) at the organization’s annual gala. For many years, colleagues in our Washington, D.C. office have provided pro bono counsel in conjunction with Volunteer Legal Advocates acting as guardians ad litem for children and providing other critical legal services to families in need.

“The work being done by Volunteer Legal Advocates is truly inspiring and life-changing,” said partner Christopher Turner, who accepted the award on the firm’s behalf. “Lawyers in our D.C. office have been privileged to work with this organization on a variety of matters.”
