Inge Osman was honored for her active practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Inge Osman, partner in the Washington, D.C. office and member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, has been recognized by the PTAB Bar Association for her exemplary practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). The PTAB Bar Association is a voluntary organization whose members represent an array of individuals, companies, and institutions involved in practice before the PTAB.

Inge was named among the “Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials,” recognizing her as one of “the fifty most active female practitioners before the PTAB as of 2025.” She is one of just a handful of practitioners noted for a record of more than 100 proceedings.

Inge advises clients on their highest-stakes intellectual property litigation, including before federal district and appellate courts, as well as the PTAB. She has successfully represented clients in matters involving a range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, antibodies, medical devices, semiconductors, liquid crystal display technologies, biometric scanning devices, information technology, and call processing systems.
