Firm advises on the midstream operator’s US$384 million secondary offering.
Kinetik Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNTK) (Kinetik) announced an underwritten secondary offering of shares of its Class A common stock by Apache Midstream LLC, a subsidiary of Apache Corporation, at a price of US$33.75 per share.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the underwriters in the offering with a corporate team led by Houston partner Ryan Maierson, with associates Om Pandya, Sydney Verner, and Jeffrey Romano.
