Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), a leading developer, publisher, and marketer of interactive entertainment for consumers around the globe, has announced that it has agreed to sell in an underwritten public add-on offering US$350 million aggregate principal amount of its Senior Notes, consisting of US$50 million of its 5.000% Senior Notes due 2026 and US$300 million of its 4.950% Senior Notes due 2028.
