Latham & Watkins Advised PSG on Strategic Growth Investment of Over €100 Million in Visit Group

London corporate team counseled on the acquisition of a majority stake in a leading Nordic-based provider of hospitality software solutions.
Latham & Watkins advised PSG Equity (PSG), a leading growth equity firm partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies to help accelerate their growth, on its strategic growth investment of more than €100 million in Visit Group, a leading Nordic-based provider of hospitality software solutions. PSG acquired a majority stake in the company.
Under the terms of the investment, PSG acquired shares in Visit Group from Standout Capital, a leading Nordic technology investor, and other minority shareholders while the founder and management remain significant owners.
