Latham Among Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality

Latham & Watkins was honored to receive a score of 95 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), “the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.”

The CEI recognizes those companies that have adopted LGBTQ+ inclusive policies, practices, and benefits, that help to foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
