Latham & Watkins Advises Yellow Wood Partners on Acquisition of Elida Beauty from Unilever

Latham & Watkins has advised Yellow Wood Partners LLC, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on investing in consumer brands and companies, on a binding offer to acquire Elida Beauty, a portfolio of brands from Unilever. The Elida Beauty portfolio includes over 20 beauty and personal care brands including Q-tips, Impulse, Caress, TIGI, Timotei, and VO5. The transaction is expected to complete by mid-2024 upon completion of customary closing and regulatory approvals.

The cross-border Latham team was led by Boston corporate partner Ryan McCarthy and London corporate partner Farah O’Brien, together with associates Alex Watt, Laki Triantafylidis, and Noah Lipshut.
