Harbor Health, a primary and specialty clinic group whose mission is to put the consumer at the center of their own health, has announced that it has secured an additional US$95.5 million in funding. General Catalyst leads this additional round of funding with strong participation by Alta Partners and continued support by 8VC. Total investment to date is more than US$128 million.
Latham & Watkins represented Harbor Health in the financing with an Emerging Company and Growth deal team led by Bay area partners Ben Potter and Michael Podolny, with associates Samantha Gross and Tyler Israel. Advice was also provided on benefits matters by Century City partner Julie Crisp.
