Latham Advises BLUEGEM on Sale of Dr. Vranjes Firenze to L’OCCITANE Group

Milan team advises the European private equity firm in the transaction.
Latham & Watkins has advised BLUEGEM, a European specialist private equity firm investing in consumer staple businesses, on the sale of leading luxury home fragrance brand, Dr. Vranjes Firenze, to L’OCCITANE Group.
The completion of the transaction is expected at the end of the first quarter of 2024 and remarks a significant milestone in Dr. Vranjes Firenze’s successful development.
The Latham team was led by Milan corporate partners Cataldo Piccarreta and Giorgia Lugli, with associate Federica Di Terlizzi. Advice on Italian regulatory matters was also provided by Milan partner Cesare Milani.
