Online tool helps businesses navigate the latest regulation governing digital businesses in the UK and EU.

Latham & Watkins has launched the Tech Regulation Portal, a new online hub that provides convenient access to the latest laws and regulations governing digital businesses and content providers operating in the UK and European Union (EU).

The introduction of multiple new UK and EU laws designed to safeguard and balance the interests of consumers and businesses has created a complex patchwork of separate regulations. The Tech Regulation Portal summarizes the key topics and legislation relevant to B2B and B2C businesses operating across a variety of industries — such as entertainment and media, financial services, and healthcare and life sciences — to help manage increasing risk and complexity.
