Latham & Watkins has launched the Tech Regulation Portal, a new online hub that provides convenient access to the latest laws and regulations governing digital businesses and content providers operating in the UK and European Union (EU).
The introduction of multiple new UK and EU laws designed to safeguard and balance the interests of consumers and businesses has created a complex patchwork of separate regulations.
