Latham & Watkins Advises NVIDIA on Investment in Databricks

Firm represented the global technology company on its investment in the data and AI company.

Databricks, a data and artificial intelligence company, announced it has raised more than US$500 million in Series I funding, bringing its valuation to US$43 billion. The funding round included investments from NVIDIA, T. Rowe Price, Capital One Ventures, and the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised NVIDIA with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partner Saad Khanani.
