Latham & Watkins Advises NVIDIA on Investment in CentML

A Bay Area team represented the global technology company on its investment in the startup software platform.
CentML, a software platform that dramatically improves the performance and cost of deploying ML models, has announced the completion of a US$27 million seed round. The round was led by Gradient Ventures, Google's AI-focused venture fund, with participation from Radical Ventures, NVIDIA, Deloitte Ventures, and Thomson Reuters Ventures.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised NVIDIA in the financing with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partner Saad Khanani, with associate Kayleigh Kuyon.
