Latham & Watkins Advises NVIDIA on Investment in Imbue

Bay-Area based team represented the global technology company on its investment in the AI research lab.
Imbue has announced its latest funding round, a US$200M Series B at a valuation of over US$1 billion, with participation from Astera Institute, NVIDIA, Cruise CEO Kyle Vogt, Notion co-founder Simon Last, and others. This latest funding will accelerate Imbue’s development of AI systems that can reason and code, helping accomplish larger goals in the world.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented NVIDIA in the transaction with a corporate team led by Bay Area partner Saad Khanani, with associate Kayleigh Kuyon.
