London team represents lead investors on fundraising of innovative compliance automation platform.
Latham & Watkins has advised Index Ventures and Chalfen Ventures on the £3 million seed financing round of Worldover, an all-in-one compliance automation platform for cosmetics brands, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
The round was led by Index Ventures and Chalfen Ventures, with participation from Entrepreneur First and Plug and Play Ventures.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Irene Brandão.
