London Associate Recognised in HERoes’ Women Role Model Lists 2023

London corporate associate Yeniva Massaquoi has been named to HERoes’ 2023 Top 100 Women Future Leaders List. The ranking celebrates the next generation of inspirational women leaders who are making significant contributions to furthering gender diversity in the workplace.

The publication commended Massaquoi for spearheading a number of initiatives as a global leader of Latham’s Women Lawyers Group (WLG) and Black Lawyers Group (BLG), and highlighted her role on key pro bono matters, including supporting a free legal clinic to help applicants navigate the UK’s Windrush Compensation Scheme.

HERoes’ Women Role Model Lists showcase global leaders who are championing women in business and driving change for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. An independent panel of judges selected this year’s honorees based on their business achievements and impact on gender diversity and inclusion across regions and sectors.
