Latham & Watkins Represents EuroGroup Laminations S.P.A in Acquisition of DS4

Latham & Watkins has advised EuroGroup Laminations S.p.A, a group listed on Euronext Milan and global leader in the design, production, and distribution of stators and rotors for electric motors and generators, and for electric vehicle applications in the industrial sector, on the signing of an agreement for the purchase of 100% of the share capital of DS4 S.r.l., a company specialized in the creation of automation systems with high technological content.

The closing of the transaction is subject to the condition of obtaining authorization from the Italian Government pursuant to the legislation on golden power by December 31, 2023. This condition is expected to be satisfied by the end of September 2023.

Latham & Watkins advised EuroGroup Laminations with a corporate team led by Milan partner Giancarlo D'Ambrosio with associates Federica Ventura and Milena Raffaldi.
