Firm advises the world's leading open hotel commerce platform in revolving credit facility.
Latham & Watkins advised SiteMinder, the world's leading open hotel commerce platform based in Australia, in a financing consisting of a US$20 million revolving credit facility. HSBC Ventures USA Inc. acted as agent and lender in the financing, which closed on July 17, 2023.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised SiteMinder in the transaction with a deal team led by partners Haim Zaltzman and Dan Van Fleet, with associates Katherine Webb, Aubrey Thompson, and Mark Walker. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partners Eric Cho and Karl Mah, with associates Kathryn Harrington and Lina Le Roux.
