Latham & Watkins Advises North Branch Capital in US$213 Million Fund II Raise

North Branch Capital has announced the first and final close of its oversubscribed second fund, North Branch Capital Fund II. Following a three-month fundraising process, the Fund accepted US$213 million in total subscriptions, exceeding its US$200 million target.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised North Branch Capital in the fund raise with an investment funds team led by New York partner Matthew Chase, with associates Kaitlyn Haggerty, Andrew Borruso, and Stephanie Niamonitakis. Advice was also provided on regulatory matters by Chicago partner Laura Ferrell, with Chicago associate Jennifer Tian and Washington, D.C. associate Brian Thompson; and on tax matters by New York partner Gregory Hannibal, with Century City associate Kevin Bagnall.
