Latham Advises Bank Consortium on thyssenkrupp nucera IPO

Capital markets team counsels on the €526 million IPO.

Latham & Watkins has advised the syndicate of banks on the initial public offering (IPO) of thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co. KGaA (thyssenkrupp nucera) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. thyssenkrupp nucera is a global supplier of electrolysis technologies, including water electrolysis for the production of green hydrogen, majority-owned by thyssenkrupp. As part of the IPO, around 30 million shares were placed at a price of €20.00. The gross proceeds accruing to thyssenkrupp nucera amount to approximately €526 million. The final offer price corresponds to a market capitalization of €2.53 billion.

The shares are admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard).
