Latham Advises a16z on Gensyn’s US$43 Million Series A

Latham & Watkins has advised a16z as lead investor on the series A funding round of Gensyn Limited, a blockchain-based marketplace protocol for artificial intelligence (AI) platforms.

The round was led by a16z, with participation from CoinFund, Protocol Labs, Canonical Crypto, Eden Block, Maven 11, and a number of angel investors.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Irene Brandão.
