Jennifer Archie, Tony Kim, and Serrin Turner again named to Cybersecurity Docket’s 2023 Incident Response 50 list.

Washington, D.C. partners Jennifer Archie and Tony Kim and New York partner Serrin Turner have once again been named to Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response 50 list. The annual list “celebrates the ‘best of the best’ — the lawyers in this field who are setting the standard.”

All three partners have previously been named to the list. This is the sixth consecutive time Archie has been recognized, third consecutive time for Turner, and Kim has been on the list every year since its inception in 2016. The list’s editor noted that “every year this list gets tougher and tougher to make as this practice area explodes both in the US and worldwide.”

The Latham team was recognized for its ability to handle serious ransomware, advanced supply chain, or nation-state cyberattacks, impacting every major industry sector around the world. The team acts quickly to apply cumulative learnings from many dozens of similar events, liaising with and often directing internal stakeholders and external forensics teams, insurers, PR firms, authorities, and regulatory bodies, guiding clients through the implementation of mitigation measures that minimize the prospect of subsequent legal action, and handling follow-on investigations or proceedings.
