Latham & Watkins Advises on Tenet Healthcare Corporation’s US$1.350 Billion Private Offering of Senior Secured Notes

On May 16, 2023, Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC), a diversified healthcare services company, closed its previously announced private placement offering and sold US$1.350 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior secured first lien notes due on May 15, 2031, which will bear interest at a rate of 6.750% per annum.
