Latham & Watkins Advises EigenLabs in US$50 Million Series A Financing

An emerging companies team advises the Ethereum infrastructure company in the fundraising round.
EigenLabs, which aims to build protocols and infrastructure that increase open innovation through allowing Ethereum restaking, has announced a US$50 million funding round led by Blockchain Capital. The funding round also included Electric Capital, Polychain Capital, Hack VC, Finality Capital Partners and Coinbase Ventures, among other firms and investors.
Latham & Watkins LLP advises EigenLabs in the fundraising round with an emerging companies team led by Bay Area partner Ben Potter, with associates Eduard Grigoryan, Adam Zuckerman, and Daphne Lambadariou.
