Latham & Watkins has been named Law Firm of the Year: Europe at the Private Debt Investor Awards 2022. The awards, voted for by the industry, showcase the managers, institutional investors, and advisers that have set the benchmark during the year, and in the eyes of their peers, proved their resilience amid global uncertainty.
The publication praised Latham for another strong year of growth in Europe, and highlighted the firm’s role advising on a number of high-profile transactions, including representing the senior secured noteholders in connection with the successful financial recapitalisation of Haya Real Estate, a Spanish market leader in the management of real estate debt and property assets.
