Latham Advises Aimia and Paladin on US$328 Million Acquisition of Bozzetto Group

Latham & Watkins has advised Aimia Inc., a holding company focused on long-term global investments, and Paladin Private Equity, LLC, on their definitive agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Giovanni Bozzetto S.p.A. (Bozzetto Group), a leading ESG-focused provider of specialty chemicals, from Chequers Capital and other minority shareholders. The purchase price will be based on an enterprise value of approximately US$328 million. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions, is expected to close before the end of Q2 2023.

The Latham team was led by Milan partners Stefano Sciolla and Giancarlo D‘Ambrosio, with associates Giulio Palazzo and Martina Ferraris.
