Latham & Watkins Advises Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in Acquisition of Apex Companies

A multidisciplinary team led by members of the firm’s Private Equity and M&A Practices represented the private equity division of Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
Investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP), the private equity team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, have announced that they have acquired Apex Companies, a leading provider of end-to-end environmental consulting and engineering solutions, from Sentinel Capital Partners.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented MSCP in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by partner David Beller and counsel Richard Quay. Partner Stephanie Teicher advised on private equity finance matters. All lawyers are based in the firm’s New York office.
