Latham & Watkins has advised Robin AI, a platform providing AI-based contract management services, on its US$10.5 million Series A funding round.
The round was led by Plural, with participation from a number of angel investors including Tom Blomfield.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Si and Venice Ma.
