London team represents lead investor on funding round of insurtech enabling safer driving.
Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures as lead investor on the US$38 million Series B funding round of Flock, an insurtech using real-time data to enable and incentivise safer driving.
The round was led by Octopus Ventures, with participation from CommerzVentures, as well as all existing institutional investors.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Toni Adejuyigbe.
