Latham Advises Nana on Its US$133 Million Series C

The transaction represents one of the largest investment rounds for a Middle East tech company.

Latham & Watkins has advised Nana, the leading e-grocery delivery platform in the Middle East, on its Series C US$133 million investment round. The investment is considered one of the largest investment rounds amongst Middle East-based technology companies.

The round was led by Kingdom Holding Company and Uni Ventures, with participation of Sultan Holding, Al-Jasser Holding, Red Diamond Company, Dallah Al-Baraka Group, AlJammaz Holding, and several other investors.

The funding will be used to strengthen Nana’s position as the leading e-grocery company within the MENA region, and support expansion plans and continuity towards the provision of more diversified services that serve its stakeholders.

The Latham team was led by Dubai partner Eyad Latif and counsel Omar Maayeh, with associates Stephanie Dang and Rehab Abdelwahab.
