Latham & Watkins Advises Garnett Station Partners in US$850 Million Fund Formation
Garnett Station Partners, LLC (GSP), a New York-based principal investment firm that manages ~US$2 billion of assets, has announced the successful close of GSP 4.0 Fund-A, L.P. and GSP 4.0 Fund-B, L.P. (collectively, the Fund) with total committed capital of US$850 million (the hard cap). Raised over a period of six months, the Fund was significantly oversubscribed with commitments from leading global investors, including financial institutions, endowments, foundations, pensions, and family offices.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented GSP in the fund formation with an Investment Funds team led by New York partner David Sherman, with associates Jonathan Kashani and Danny Gwertzman.
