London and Madrid team represents lead investors on funding round of digital platform for employee benefits.
Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures and Notion Capital on the US$41 million Series B funding round of Cobee, a platform for employers to manage employee benefits through a digital wallet and card.
The round was led by Octopus Ventures and Notion Capital, with participation from previous backers Balderton Capital, Speedinvest, and Dila Capital.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with Madrid partner Jose Antonio Sánchez-Dafos, London associate Samantha Peacock, and Madrid associates Marta Portuondo and Elena Martínez de Luco.
