The Tomorrow Companies Inc. (Tomorrow.io), developer of a leading platform for global weather and climate security, has secured a financing with access of up to US$45 million from Trinity Capital, Inc.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Trinity Capital in the transaction with a finance team led by Bay Area partners Haim Zaltzman and Dan Van Fleet, with New York associate Nacif Taousse.
