Latham & Watkins Advises ParaFi Capital in Its Investment in HQ Trivia

Latham advises on transaction that reinvents HQ Trivia as an Internet Game with NFTs.

HQ Trivia has announced that it has raised an institutional financing round with ParaFi Capital and other investors in order to enter the crypto currency space through NFTs.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented ParaFi Capital in the investment with a corporate team led by New York partner Jenny Cieplak, with Orange County associate Luca Marquard.
