Latham & Watkins Advises Nexus Systems, a Mainsail Partners Portfolio Company, in Its Sale to Bottomline Technologies

Nexus Systems has announced its sale to Bottomline Technologies. Terms were not disclosed. Nexus Systems, a leading provider of accounts payable and payments automation software for the real estate and property management industries, was a portfolio company of Mainsail Partners, a leading technology investor.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Nexus Systems in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partners Kristen Grannis, John Miller, and Ryan McCarthy, with associates Laki Triantafylidis and Dante Spurlock.
