Latham & Watkins Represents Astorg and OPEN Health in Acquisition of CM Group

European private equity firm Astorg and OPEN Health, a leading global provider of scientific communications and market access services to the pharmaceutical industry and an Astorg portfolio company, will acquire The CM Group, an integrated commercialization platform whose product offerings enable biopharmaceutical manufacturers to build market insights and to disseminate scientific information to healthcare providers and patients, from NaviMed Capital. The partnership between OPEN Health and The CM Group expands the platform’s global reach and portfolio of best-in-class scientific solutions for the pharma and biotech industry.
