Latham & Watkins Advises Robin in US$30 Million Series C

A Boston based team advises the hybrid workplace company in the transaction.
Robin Powered has announced that they have closed a US$30 million Series C round led by Tola Capital with participation from Firstmark, Accomplice, Boldstart, and Allegion Ventures. This brings Robin’s total funds raised to more than US$59 million. The capital from the funding round will be put toward platform development, international expansion, and a growing headcount.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Robin in the financing with an emerging companies team led by Boston partner Stephen Ranere, with associates Martha Anderson and Lauren Hanna.
