Manchester Energy, LLC has announced that it has partnered with EnCap Flatrock Midstream to develop a large scale, diversified midstream business.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Encap Flatrock Midstream in connection with the transaction. The team was led by Houston partner James Garrett, with Houston associates Josh Blankenship and Zek Zhang. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Houston partner Jim Cole, with Houston associate Marianne Standley, and on benefits and compensation matters by Washington, D.C. partner Adam Kestenbaum and Houston counsel Krisa Benskin.
