Latham & Watkins Advises Basalt Infrastructure Partners in Acquisition of Skyway Towers

Basalt Infrastructure Partners LLC has announced that the third flagship Basalt fund has acquired Skyway Towers, LLC, a nationwide telecommunications infrastructure developer that owns and operates multi-tenant communications towers across the United States with an existing portfolio of over 400 high quality communications towers, from Tinicum L.P. and affiliated entities.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Basalt Infrastructure Partners in the transaction with a deal team led by New York partner Jason Webber, with New York associates Benjamin Howard, Lachlan Sievert, and John McMillan.
