Latham & Watkins Advises AMD on its US$1 Billion Senior Notes Offering
AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) has announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.924% Senior Notes due 2032 and US$500 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.393% Senior Notes due 2052.
Latham & Watkins represents AMD in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partners Tad Freese and Brian Paulson, with associates Richard Kim, Raul Gonzalez, and Natalie Robertson. Advice was also provided on debt matters by New York partner Senet Bischoff, with associate Robyn Sablove; and on tax matters by Century City partner Sam Weiner, with Washington, D.C. associates Pierce Pandolph and Eni Kassim.
