Latham & Watkins Advises Apera on Refinancing of B2B IT Service Group

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised pan-European private debt investor Apera Asset Management (Apera) on the arrangement of debt facilities for the refinancing of the B2B IT Service Group of LMP PARTNERS (LMP). B2B IT Service Group is a leading IT services provider specialised in on-site services for office and industrial IT. The new Unitranche debt package provided by Apera was implemented to strengthen the Group’s financial position as a platform for further execution of the buy-and-build strategy driven by the Group’s management and LMP.

The Latham team was led by Munich partner Thomas Weitkamp and counsel Ludwig Zesch, with legal analysts Anne Kurschewitz and Sabine Hanka. Advice was also provided on corpo-rate matters by Munich associate Stephan Hufnagel, and on tax matters by Munich counsel Ulf Kieker.
