Latham Advises &Open on its US$26 Million Series A

London team represents prominent corporate gifting platform.
Latham & Watkins has advised &Open, a renowned corporate gifting platform, on its US$26 million Series A funding round. The fundraising will be used to expand &Open’s reach as a scalable consumer-grade enterprise platform, as well as fuel its newest product offering, &Open On-Demand, launching in September.
The round was led by Molten Ventures, with participation from First Round Capital, LocalGlobe, and Tribal VC, as well as new investor Middlegame Ventures. Other new and existing investors also contributed.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Terry Charalambous.
