Latham & Watkins Advises Unlearn in US$50 Million Series B Financing

An emerging companies team advises the machine-learning technology developer in its financing round.
Unlearn®, developer of the first machine-learning technology that creates digital twins of patients in clinical trials to enable smaller, faster studies, has announced that it has closed a US$50 million Series B funding round. The financing was led by New York-based global venture capital and private equity firm Insight Partners with participation from new investor Radical Ventures, as well as all of the company’s existing investors.
Latham & Watkins represents Unlearn in the financing with an emerging companies team led by Boston partner Daniel Hoffman, with Chicago associate Jana Kovich, and Boston associates Martha Anderson and Billy Wright.
