Latham & Watkins Advises on Asia’s 2021 High Yield Bond of the Year

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Carlyle on a US$1.01 billion high yield bond offering that was recognized as High Yield Bond of the Year at IFR Asia’s 2021 Awards. The bond, which was sold as part of a bridge-to-bond transaction unique to the region, helped to fund Carlyle’s acquisition of Mumbai, India-based Hexaware Technologies, a leading global IT consulting and digital solutions provider.
