Latham Advises Index Ventures on Linktree’s US$110 Million Funding Round

London team advises on fundraising of popular social media bio link and landing page tool.
Latham & Watkins has advised Index Ventures as a co-lead investor on the US$110 million funding round of Linktree, the renowned social media bio link and landing page platform used by brands, creators, and influencers globally. The round values Linktree at US$1.3 billion.
Index Ventures co-led the round with participation from AirTree Ventures, Insight Partners, and Greenoaks.
Latham previously advised Index Ventures on Linktree's US$45 million funding round in March 2021.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo with associate Samantha Si.
