Policygenius, the nation's leading tech-enabled platform for insurance distribution, has announced the closing of US$125 million of new growth capital, bringing the company's total funding to more than US$250 million.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Policygenius in the financing with an emerging companies deal team led by New York partner Peyton Worley, with New York associate Samuel Dillard. Advice was also provided on finance maters by Bay Area partner Dan Van Fleet, with Houston associate Michelle Synhorst.
