Nasuni Corporation, the leader in file data services, has announced a US$60 million equity investment by new investor Sixth Street Growth, the growth investing platform of global investment firm Sixth Street, which will also be joining Nasuni’s board.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Nasuni in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partner Dan Hoffman, with Boston associates Peter Prial, Magda Farhat, and Sally Gu.
