Latham & Watkins has advised Tactic, a no-code tool for ingestion, analysis, and visualisation of data, on its US$4.5 million Series Seed funding round led by Index Ventures, and joined by Visionaries Club and existing investors IFG.VC. The fundraising will support Tactic with expanding its platform and harnessing new technology.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associate Samantha Si.
